Ottawa, Il. -- Ottawa High School’s taking part in the city beautification contest this spring and summer. Supt. Matt Winchester told the school board last night, the school will spruce up the courtyard. A student measured everything in the courtyard to get the project started.
There could be new plantings in addition to trimming the ones already there and cleaning up the courtyard. Ottawa’s taking part in the America in Bloom contest. Ottawa’s name for the effort is Ottawa is Blooming.
