Flood cleanup contractor told to clarify bill

news@ottawaradio.net
Marseilles, Ill. -- A contractor that cleaned up Marseilles Elementary School after April’s flood may be entitled to more than $2 million in payments. But for now, Lauren’s Restoration is getting just $150,000.
Supt. JoEllen Fuller says the company needs to provide an easy-to-understand list of the work it did to get the rest.

The school board Monday night voted to pay the smaller amount based on an insurance adjuster’s advice.
