Two Illinois Congressmen sign letter on Syria

Washington, DC -- One hundred sixteen U.S. House members have signed a letter to Pres. Barack Obama telling him he needs Congressional approval before he can bomb Syria.
Cong. Adam Kinzinger’s name isn’t on it. He’s on National Guard duty and his spokesman says the Channahon Republican won’t indicate his feelings about it until he returns.
Most of those who signed it are Republicans. Eighteen are Democrats, including former Illinois National Guard Adjutant General Bill Enyart of southern Illinois. The other signer from Illinois is Republican Randy Hultgren from the Chicago suburbs.
