Marseilles -- A member of the public speaking at the Marseilles City Council meeting Wednesday night suggested the city have a senior citizen water bill discount. Public Property Commissioner Jim Buckingham says he can think about it, but he can anticipate several problems already. Buckingham says the city would have to make sure everybody who claims the discount is entitled to it.
